What to Do When You Receieve an Order

Any user can resell used posters and artists with claimed portfolios can sell new inventory. Poster.Party provides users with an easy way to sell with practically no seller fees.

Each order will give you your purchase price + the estimated card transaction fee back. Artists sales of new posters also receive the estimated taxes. You also will receive a shipping label ready to be slapped on your packaging at no cost to you.


  1. Login from the user icon on the top navigation bar
  2. Go to your orders sold
  3. In the order details page, claim the order (you have 7 days to do so)
  4. Click the shipping button (truck icon) to get the shipping label
  5. Package and ship out the ordered poster
  6. Click the message button (envelope icon) to tell the user their package is on it’s way

Users have the ability to rate how the order experience was. So be sure provide top-notch customer service when fulfilling the order.
